When do I call Hoteldoc?

You can call us if you want to visit our clinic or if you want a doctor to come to your home, hotel room or Airbnb. If there’s not a life threatening situation a general practitioner will normally be the first doctor to call in the Netherlands.

How do I Pay for Hoteldoc?

Payments are always made through our website. For payments by credit card an additional €5 per transaction fee applies. All major credit card companies are accepted.

Does my insurance company cover the costs of Hoteldoc?

We provide a detailed invoice for reimbursement. In most cases your insurance company will reimburse these costs. Some affiliated insurance companies will provide a GOP (guarantee of payment). In those cases Hoteldoc will send the invoice directly to your insurance company, so you won’t have to pay at time of service.

Please ask your health or travel insurance to contact us for such an arrangement.

I forgot my medication at home or ran out of medication while traveling. What do I do?

If you need a renewal on your existing prescriptions, we can provide a new one.

Our doctors are not allowed to prescribe new medications or renewed controlled drugs without a consultation.

What is your privacy policy?

We will not disclose your personal information without your approval to any other party. Not even to the police in drugs related cases. For more information check our complete privacy policy.
