- Medication Renewal/Telephone Consultation – € 25 (no new medication)
Payments are to be made directly after the consultation. This can be done by creditcard (additional fee of €5,00) or cash. Our doctor will provide an invoice for reimbursement
Reimbursement & additional services
A detailed receipt for submission to your insurance company will be provided with the consultation. All major insurance companies will reimburse our services.

When do I call Hoteldoc?
You can call us if you want a doctor to come to your (hotel)room. If there’s not a life threatening situation a GP will normally be the first doctor to call in the Netherlands.

How do I Pay for Hoteldoc?
Payments are made by cash or credit card. For payments by creditcard an additional €5,- transaction fee applies.
All major credit card companies are accepted.
Does my insurance company cover the costs of Hoteldoc?
We provide a detailed invoice for reimbursement. In most cases your insurance company will pay back the costs. Some affiliated insurance companies will provide a GOP (guarantee of payment). In those cases Hoteldoc will send the invoice directly to your insurance company, so you don’t have to pay.
Please ask your health or travel insurance to contact us for such an arrangement.
I don't have cash or a credit card at hand, what do I do?
If you are staying in a hotel you can ask the receptionist to put the costs on your hotel bill. You pay the invoice when you check out.
You could also ask your insurance company for a GOP (guarantee of payment). With a GOP Hoteldoc will send the invoice to your insurance company directly.
I forgot my medication at home / ran out of medication. What do I do?
If you need a renewal on your existing scripts we can provide a new one.
Our doctors are not allowed to prescribe new medication or controlled drugs without a consultation.
The fees have to be payed directly after the consulation.
